• A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required upon acceptance of the estimate, a further 40% is due 14 days prior to installation and the outstanding is due upon completion.
• Stove choice can be changed free-of-charge up to 14 days after the order is placed, a re-stocking fee of 20% RRP is chargeable after this period.
