The Stûv 16/58 insert woodburning stove is designed to be easily fitted into an existing hearth, or into a brand new wall fitted with a chimney. The stove can also be mounted on a base, giving off much of its heat from its sides like a normal stove. This wood-burning stove is easy to fit and is supplied with a decorative fire surround and integrated log storage.  Available in three sizes.

The Stûv 16/58 insert stove is the smallest of the insert range, and would suit a modern home. The sophisticated combustion technique enables air from outside to be used for combustion and means that the Stûv 16/58 is 80% efficient.

This stove is designed to allow various types of connection in order to :

• obtain the air necessary for combustion from outside which avoids disturbing air circulation inside the house,
• improve hot air circulation in the room keeping temperature constant,
• direct hot air towards adjacent rooms and / or to obtain cool air from them.
